I try to keep up on all the Celiac Disease and gluten-free news so that I can make sure to pass it along to you. This task used to be easier a few years ago, when Celiac Disease and the gluten-free diet were not in the news as much and there weren’t as many products out there. That being said, I am thrilled that the gluten-free diet is gaining more attention, as this can mean more understanding from the general public.

The booklet also comes with a fold-out “Kitchen Assistant” poster intended to be displayed in food prep areas for ongoing reference.
