California Pizza Kitchen Introduces Frozen GF Pizzas

California Pizza Kitchen has come a long way since they first debuted gluten-free pizza in 2011. They ended up pulling the gluten-free pizza from the menu after realizing their procedures needed to be addressed and then re-introduced the pizza with the blessing of the GIG in 2013. Now California Pizza Kitchen has added oven-ready gluten-free pizzas that can be made in your own home!

I have not seen it, but we don’t have Kroger on the east coast and most walmarts here (in Connecticut) aren’t the full grocery ones either :(. Whats the suggested price on this?

My real issue with GF frozen pizza is the price point, typically $9 or more (ie frechetta is $11 at stop and shop). Alot of pizza places in CT now have gluten free pie, and its typically $10 for the one size. Being that a real one is $10 and the frozen are 9-11, and the pizza stores are right next to the grocery stores, I can’t seem to ever find a real reason to buy a frozen pizza at this price point… Sorry for the rant 🙂
