South of London there are a number of smaller groups of restaurants, the one selected today is The Swan Mountain Range of Restaurants and Bars, they are all gluten-free friendly, offering a selection of gluten-free dishes and as it is a small group, the management go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The group has 3 bars/pubs/restaurants and plan to open a new one in the near future.
First the Black Horse Restaurant, which is found in the High Street, Findon, West Sussex. The meals are prepared daily from fresh locally sourced food, the welcoming bar has an open roaring fire, just the place to relax, have a drink, before ordering and enjoying a good meal.
The Swan Restaurant, is in Lewes Road, Forest Row, East Sussex, it is set in lovely countryside and has a large garden. The menu offers a good selection of gluten-free dishes, all freshly cooked, from freshly purchased locally sourced produce.
The Coney Restaurant, is found at 35 Croydon Road, West Wickham, Kent, it offers a good selection of fine food, with gluten-free dishes, all served in a relaxing atmosphere, with a superb wine list.
