The Sea Salt 7 Grain Crackers are my favorite crackers!  These crackers are great alone or paired with cheese.  I don’t belong to Sam’s Club (invitation to shop), but if you are a member, this is a great way to stock up on these crackers!

The holidays are a time when crackers are often served with appetizers.  Crunchmaster crackers are always a hit when I serve them, in fact I always get asked what kind of crackers I serve.

If you are feeling creative and are really looking to WOW! your guests, check out the recipe for these Mini-Cheese Balls by Carol Kicinski:

Ingredients
1 heaping cup Crunchmaster Sea Salt 7 Grain Crackers
4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (2 cups shredded)
2 heaping tablespoons mango chutney
1/4 tsp. dry mustard powder

Directions
Place crackers in food processor and pulse several times until ground into coarse crumbs. Pour the crumbs into a plate and wipe out the food processor. Add the remaining ingredients to food processor and process until fully combined. Roll tablespoonfuls of the cheese mixture into balls (a mini ice cream scoop works well) and then roll the balls into the cracker crumbs gently pressing the crumbs into the cheese. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.

Makes about 2 dozen, depending on size.

Have you tried Crunchmaster Sea Salt 7 Grain Crackers?  What is your favorite way to eat them?
