There will be a cross-contamination issue!! Also, I’m allergic to soy and Dominos GF bases in Australia have SOY FLOUR in them. I hate being allergic to soy as well as coeliac. I HATE IT!!! Dominos really need to consider that many coeliacs have to avoid more than just gluten. I think they are way out of date with their market!!

Mike – according to Dominos in the US.., they have no plans to offer gf pizza but I say anything is possible with our ever exploding market

Someone I know in the restaurant business told me six months ago that a major U.S. chain would be introducting a gluten-free pizza in the next year. That means it would be within another six months – assuming their info was correct. It is likely Domino’s. While I didn’t eat their gluten pizzas, it would be nice for people who liked it to be able to get a gluten-free pizza there. And of course one large chain doing it leads to the others following suit. That is the BEST part of the news to me!
