Just because you’ve been diagnosed with Celiac Disease does not necessarily mean your days of ordering a pizza at a pizzeria are over. At least that is what the company Flatbread is trying to convince us!
Currently Flatbread is offering gluten free pizzas, but you have to visit one of their 6 New England locations, or their one location in Hawaii. The rest of us will just have to wait until a closer location joins the cause.

Thank you for sharing that. That makes a lot of sense and explains why I can tolerate it ... I love, love, love the chocolate ones!! I can't wait to try the yogurt ones. I was told ... Oooh.....I hope that they start shipping/distributing!!
