Do You Eliminate Additional Gluten-Free Foods?
Consider this to be a bit of a poll I guess as I would love to get everyone's feedback on this topic. Do you have any additional foods you have to avoid in addition to following the gluten-free diet?
Although I haven't really had to avoid anything additional, one of my family members has to avoid eggs and minimize general dairy consumption, otherwise she has some symptoms even when going completely gluten-free.
