Solution to Celiac Disease

This work follows research of physiology of the Immune system & Blood cells. It goes with the natural processes of the blood & thymus gland.
It works with the body systems and not against it.

The source of the problem of Celiac Disease/gluten
intolerance is an overproduction of antibodies to gluten. Generally, celiacs are found to have high blood levels of the antibodies -Immunoglobin A and Immunoglobin G (Ig A & Ig G) to gluten. Some celiacs have low Ig A while
high Ig G is universal to all celiacs/gluten intolerant subjects. Therefore, it is the high Ig G that needs to be addressed in solving this problem.
Has medical research found a mechanism that actually lowers Ig G which can be applied to autoimmune diseases such as celiac disease? The answer is Yes.

Production of antibodies is controlled by the T cells which is part of the immune system. The helper T cells program the immune system to increase antibody production; the suppressor T cell does the opposite - it lowers production.
The condition or requirement for lowering antibody
levels is having the target antigen accepted by the suppressor T cell.
This is where Oral Tolerance (O.T.)comes in - a mechanism that can access the suppressor cell.
In O.T., a peptide(part of protein) having similar antigenic determinants as gliadin(in gluten) is taken orally. Once it is processed by the suppressor T cell, the immune system is set in motion lowering blood levels of specific antibodies and will result in healing.

O.T. has been researched since the 70's and is safe.
Its mechanism has had clinical trials on animals and humans for autoimmune conditions such as uveitis, arthritis, and multiple sclerosis. There are also tests on diabetes.
The mechanism of Oral Tolerance is also found in the internet, search for it with search engines , one of the best is google.com .

In trials by other researchers, there is a problem with Oral Tolerance.
Research by Dr. Polly Matzinger, whose expertise is on T cells has proven
that T cells require 2 CONDITIONS to be fully activated:
1.) Antigen that is accepted &primes the T cell.
2.) the presence of endogenous chemicals either CD80 or CD86 or the alternative is Danger.

In O.T. formulas used by just about all researchers, their formula only supplies
the first requirement and they are still trying ways to achieve number 2.

Without the CD80/86 - the T cell stays in a state of anergy. but with no further action it dies.
The T cell will stay alive with Danger. Dr. Marzinger expounded this into the Danger Theory - the T cell survives with danger & when you understand it - means microorganisms/bacterial invasion, infection & contagious diseases, bacterial & viral vaccines & their by-products which can produces high fevers, chills and in some cases lead to coma and even death to the patient.



There is a safe method that will induce production of CD80/86. However, this
method is not accepted by mainstream medicine because it is alternative medicine.
This method is Homeopathy.

My Homeopathic formula is able to meet both Conditions 1 & 2. The homeopathic combination will induce endogenous factor that mimics CD80/86.
Note that it does not have to be exactly CD80 or 86 but a similar substance that resembles this factor & is accepted by the T cell.

But there are people who think homeopathics have no merit healing humans.

Homeopathics work.
Example: Interferon-gamma is an antivirus agent produced by blood cells when subjected to virus & viral by-products. Certain plants have also these ability like ginseng, astragalus and even Lentinus edodes/shiitake mushroom.
However, a Homeopathic Formula of Sulfur & Swallow Wort combination given to subjects induces blood to produce endogenous interferon-g. Homeopathic medicines do not have any Chemical that indues this, the induction is from the vibration or energy that acts on blood cells. When both requirements are met & the T cell activates, it proliferates into more T suppressor cells. The new Suppressor T cells work against increase antibodies in celiacs- no more high immunoglobin to gliadin - Cure.
