Celiac Child Tip: Color Coding Containers

Just ran across an excellent tip for those who have a child with celiac disease. The tip? Color coding containers!

Basically what you want to do is ensure there are lots of nice things to eat kept in color coded containers the child can access -- makes them feel not deprived, and makes their food "safe" (example: all green containers in the house are gluten-free).
