Gluten-Free Health & Wellness Experience in Washington State

There are gluten-free and Celiac Disease events popping up all over the US these days.  If you happen to live in an area where there is a conference, expo or wellness event taking place that centers around Celiac Disease or the gluten-free diet, try to make a point of going.  Not only do these events have a wealth of information being shared, but they often have samples of many different gluten-free foods available. 

The Gluten Intolerance Group is hosting Washington state’s largest gluten-free event on November 9, 2013 at the Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center.  More about the event:

This is your chance for the whole family to taste, learn and enjoy, all for only $5 admission. Educational topics cover kids and teens; as well as optimizing your gluten-free diet; cooking demonstrations by some of the most popular gluten-free bakers in the Seattle area.

50+ exhibitors will be sampling gluten-free foods and offering resources; to optimize your gluten-free lifestyle.

Event hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Registration opens at the door at 9:00.
