Gluten Free Mango Raspberry Smoothie

Gluten Free Mango Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 1/2 cups of water
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed

Smoothie Directions:

  1. Add fruit, flaxseed, milk and water to blender.
  2. Blend!
