Great advice about not trusting strangers on a message board. I've done that a few times myself and finally realized I needed to check with repuatable sources instead. While I don't worry much about items I'm not ingesting, I try and support companies that will actually tell me if something is gluten-free, just because they go the extra mile and many manufacturers of skin care items will not. Garnier is one of the best companies about finding things out for us and at last check, all their hair colors were gluten-free.
