Thanks to a heads up from the Lansing State Journal, it looks like the Michigan Capital Celiac/DH Group is sponsoring a Gluten-Free Vendor Fair on October 18th, 2008, from 11 a.m.to-3 p.m. at the South Lansing Police Precinct, 3400 S. Cedar St., Lansing.
According to the announcement post:
We will have available many samples, coupons, restaurants with samples, bakeries with products, pizza, lists of gluten-free menus, cookbooks, products for sale, and door prizes. This is an excellent time to taste products and learn about new sources.
There is no entry fee, but we will accept donations to cover our costs. Help us stay green by bringing a bag or container to carry home goodies.
