While many restaurants and grocery stores continue to try to meet the needs of the Celiac community, there are a disappointingly large number of amusement parks (or theme parks) which fail to provide enough gluten free options to make someone on a gluten free diet comfortable visiting their park.
With that said, there are a couple notable amusement parks that have embraced the Celiac community with their gluten free options. The most notable one is of course Disney World, but did you know Hershey Park also offers a number of gluten free options?
According to their official map, the have a large number of gluten free foods available to consumers at all times and an educated staff. Foods include burgers in gluten free buns at numerous locations throughout the park, gluten free chicken tenders, gluten free pizzas, gluten free wraps, gluten free muffins, gluten free brownies and even caramel corn!
If you are planning to travel to Hershey Park in the near future and have questions or just want to take precautions, you are encouraged by the park to contact them in advance with questions about food and drink availability!
