Are you looking for a gluten free restaurant in your local area? Or maybe you’re planning to travel and would like to prepare your meal plan for your trip?
In addition to the work we do here at Gluten Free Restaurants, there are a number of other great resources that offer similar services. Some even have user generated databases, allowing for a very large index of restaurants.
Here are a few of my favorite websites, in no particular order:
- Gluten Free Restaurant Awareness Program – Diners can use this website to locate restaurants that offer gluten-free meals.
- Gluten Free Registry – Their free online database has more than 12,000 gluten-free friendly restaurants, bakeries, caterers, grocers and more. You can also get information from them on your mobile phone at gfregistry.mobi and on your satellite navigation system.
- GF Delights – More focused website limited to gluten free restaurants in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut areas.
Another useful resource I wanted to mention is the Essential Gluten-Free Restaurant Guide from the Triumph Dining team. I’m not sure essential is the right word, but this is certainly a very helpful guide for any Celiac that wants to be able to eat out at restaurants again!
Have some you’d like to add to the list? Let us know in the commetns!
