If you are new to the gluten-free diet, you may be starting to worry that the Christmas or Holiday cookies that you once enjoyed are a thing of the past. I am here to tell you that is simply not true. With Thanksgiving three days away, it is time to start thinking about what comes after it – cookies.

If there is anything that can make you feel like nothing has changed, like you can still celebrate and enjoy special days just like you use to, it is cookies. Here is a collection of some of my favorite Christmas Cookies:
- Gingersnaps
- Spritz Cookies
- Almond Cranberry Bites
- Gingerbread People – I can’t share the recipe but this post details where I found it and tips on how we made them.
- Thumbprints
- Peanut Butter Blossoms
- Peanut Butter Cookies
- Dark Chocolate Snowstorms
- Russian Teacakes (Snowballs)
