The book includes tips, a planning checklist, how to educate others on cross-contamination, ingredient substitutions and much more. The book retails for $12.95, but is yours free with this code: thanks10 until October 14, 2010. Click here and enter your coupon code. After ordering, you can immediately download your book from the “Thank You” page or the confirmation email.

While you are on Jules’ website, make sure to check out her other offerings. All-purpose flour, cookie mix, graham cracker/gingersnap mix and other e-Books. If you have never tried Jules’ flours in your baking, you can order a sample package before buying a larger package.

As can be seen here, our Tiffany Janes uses Jules’ flour mix as her preferred flour mix. I made some of my famous chocolate chip cookies with the all-purpose flour last December and got rave reviews. Even my extremely picky relatives gobbled them right up.

Jules Gluten-Free is now on Facebook and Twitter. Follow them for updates, sales & recipes.

What has been your favorite treat made with Jules Gluten-Free Flour? Hurry up and take advantage of this very generous offer from Jules – it ends a week from today on the 14th!

I downloaded this e-book last year even though it was my fourth gf Thanksgiving. The recipes are great, no doubt, but what I really appreciated was the thoughtful tips about how to have a lovely holiday – eat safely and not offend your hosts (or guests). It’s a beautifully done e-book. Also, I used a regular recipe for fried onions, subbing the flour with Jules’ amazing blend. The onions keep for two weeks in a sealed container so you can make them ahead of time. Anyway, everyone loved the casserole I used them in and said it was at least as good as the gluten version we used to make with French’s onions. Jules flour rocks!
