    I downloaded this e-book last year even though it was my fourth gf Thanksgiving. The recipes are great, no doubt, but what I really appreciated was the thoughtful tips about how to have a lovely holiday – eat safely and not offend your hosts (or guests). It’s a beautifully done e-book. Also, I used a regular recipe for fried onions, subbing the flour with Jules’ amazing blend. The onions keep for two weeks in a sealed container so you can make them ahead of time. Anyway, everyone loved the casserole I used them in and said it was at least as good as the gluten version we used to make with French’s onions. Jules flour rocks!
