Katz Adds Gluten-Free Doughnuts to Product List

With the new year, comes new gluten-free products.   Katz Gluten Free has added doughnuts to their already impressive line-up of gluten-free baked goods.  Have you missed jelly or custard filled doughnuts since starting the gluten-free diet?  Well, you won’t have to anymore!

Who doesn’t love Donuts? These delicious Donuts have help fill your Donut cravings. They have just the right amount of sweetness to create a perfect Gluten Free Donut experience. Dunk them in your coffee, or eat them by themselves, either way they are truly a delight.

Jelly – Ingredients: GLUTEN FREE FLOUR (WHITE RICE, CORN STARCH, TAPIOCA), EGGS, WATER, CANOLA OIL, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, XANTHAN GUM, SALT, JELLY FILLING, CONFECTION SUGAR

Custard – Ingredients: GLUTEN FREE FLOUR (WHITE RICE, CORN STARCH, TAPIOCA), EGGS, WATER, CANOLA OIL, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, XANTHAN GUM, BAKING SODA, SALT, CUSTARD FILLING, CONFECTION SUGAR

Powdered Sugar -  Ingredients: GLUTEN FREE FLOUR (WHITE RICE, CORN STARCH, TAPIOCA),  WATER, SUGAR, EGGS, CANOLA OIL,  BAKING POWDER, XANTHAN GUM,  SALT,  CONFECTION SUGAR.

While I haven’t had a chance to try these doughnuts yet, I hope to in the very near future.  I loved jelly doughnuts and I don’t think it even dawned on me that I was missing them until I saw these!  The doughnuts are 20% off right now, so take advantage of the sale while you can!
