Katz Gluten Free Adds Gluten-Free Plain Bagels

It was just over 2 years ago when Katz Gluten Free added gluten-free bagels to their line-up. At the time they only offered three different varieties and they all contained seeds. I am sure they are delicious, but for those that can’t eat seeds, it is problematic. When I received an email last week about the new addition to the Katz line of gluten-free bagels, I may have done a little dance in my kitchen.

The new Katz Gluten Free Plain Bagels are free of gluten, dairy, and nuts and are made in a dedicated gluten, dairy, and nut-free facility.

Ingredients: Gluten Free Flour( Tapioca, White Rice, Brown Rice, Potato, Soy, Corn) Egg whites, Water, Cellulose Fiber, Oil, Corn Syrup, Sugar, Cellulose Gum, Yeast, Salt, Corn Fiber, Soy Lecithin, Lactic Acid.

Katz Gluten-Free products can be found in many stores across the US or ordered directly from the website. The bagels are $5.99/package of 4 bagels. There is a flat rate of $7.99 on all orders under $50 and free shipping on orders over $50. If you need something quickly, next day shipping is only $15.00. I think it is time for me to place an order for some bagels, English muffins and pie.
