Katz Gluten-Free Introduces Chocolate Cake Mix

I love when companies continue to expand their product lines.  Katz Gluten Free has consistently added new products to their line-up over the past few years.  The newest product to join the line-up is Chocolate Cake Mix!

The new cake mix makes 2 – 9-inch rounds cakes or cupcakes and is dairy-free and only requires adding eggs, oil and water to bake.  The mix is for sale now on the Katz Gluten Free website for $4.49.

Gluten free flour (White Rice, Tapioca,) Sugar, Cocoa, Baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, potato starch, monocalcium phosphate), Coffee, Xanthan Gum, Vanilla (Pure).

According to Katz, there are more varieties in the works!  Katz Gluten Free offers free shipping on orders over $50, so now is the time to try some of the other new products in addition to the cake mix!  We really like the new Glazed Donuts!  What is your favorite Katz Gluten Free product?
