Katz Introduces Gluten-Free Bagels

Bagels rock.  I have been a fan of bagels for as long as I can remember.  I was first introduced to them when I was living in New Jersey when I was around 9-10 years old.  If you know anything about bagels, you know that New York City has the best on the planet.  It was only natural that I was excited to open my email to find that Katz Gluten Free just introduced bagels to their gluten-free line-up.

Sesame – Gluten Free Flour( Tapioca, White Rice, Brown Rice, Potato, Soy, Corn) Egg whites, Water, Cellulose Fiber, Oil, Corn Syrup, Sugar, Cellulose Gum, Yeast, Salt, Corn Fiber, Soy Lecithin, Lactic Acid, Sesame Seeds.

The bagels are priced at $5.99/package of 4 bagels.  The instructions say, “Keep frozen.  Thaw and serve or lightly toast for a crispy crust.”  These would be a great option for packed lunches – toss a frozen bagel into a baggie and then pack some cream cheese, PB or lunch meat and cheese to add to the bagel come lunch time.  Perfect!

Don’t forget Katz Gluten Free offers flat rate shipping at $7.99/order or free shipping on orders over $50 (there are some restrictions due to it being summer).  Use this link for 35% off of your 1st order.  Do you like bagels?  Which variety is your favorite?
