Kinnikinnick Foods Launches New Gingerbread Cookie Mix

Just in time for the holiday season Kinnikinnick Foods launches a new product perfect for the season. Joining their other popular mixes, Kinnikinnick Foods developed a gingerbread cookie mix simplifying the gluten free baking experience with only needing to add a few ingredients together. Like all products in their line this mix is free from gluten and nuts.

Each 454g bag of the gingerbread cookie mix makes approximately 30-35 cookies and takes only 12 minutes to bake. A perfect holiday craft to make with your kids and a holiday classic cookie.  The mix is also free from sugar, dairy, and yeast making it a suitable cookie for households with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, dairy allergy and individuals with autism.

Not only can you make cookies with this mix but you can also partake in the very holiday classic fun by making gingerbread houses. I haven’t been able to do this with my family yet but I know the kids have been dying to make gingerbread houses. Kinnikinnick Foods not only has the cookie mix for you but they also have a template for you to build your gingerbread houses.  Using two packages of their mix you can put together a full gluten-free gingerbread house using the stencil which can be found –  here  - complete with details on where to cut out windows and doors

Will your family be making gluten free gingerbread cookies this year?
