Larabar Introduces Two New Uber Bars

Larabars have been a staple in my diet since I first started the gluten-free diet in 2006. Back then there were little more than a handful of flavors and the Uber Bars were yet to be introduced. Now there is a Larabar out there for just about every taste palate.

I am thrilled to share the debut of two new Uber Bar varieties:

  • Dark Chocolate Turtle – Almonds, pecans, brown rice syrup, semisweet chocolate chips, cashews, dates, dried molasses, sea salt, vanilla extract
  • Dark Chocolate Pecan – Peanuts, almonds, brown rice syrup, semisweet chocolate chips, dates, honey, pecans, cashews, cocoa, sea salt, vanilla extract

Chocolate is one of my favorite foods, so there is no complaint from me when it shows up in some of my favorite products.  Both of these bars are really good, but the Dark Chocolate Turtle rocks my world!  I love pecans and chocolate together. These bars are perfect for tucking into your purse, gym bag, back pack or glove box.

The new Uber Bars aren’t available in Canada, but should be available in your local grocery and health food stores or online. You may have also see Uber Bars mentioned on The Biggest Loser this season.

Have you tried Uber Bars? Do you have a favorite?

*The products mentioned in this post were sent to me free of charge for review purposes. The thoughts and opinions shared here are mine and have not been influenced by anyone or anything.
