Thanks to a tip from Jason of Laudisio Italian Restaurant, it looks like Laudisio (located in Boulder, Colorado) now offers a full gluten free lunch and dinner menu. If you are wondering what they mean by full menu, Jason adds that their gluten free menu is as complete as their regular menu, and changes seasonally.
In addition to this, Jason also was able to confirm that Laudisio’s chefs are thoroughly trained in food allergies, and use the freshest local ingredients.

Kyle, I have been to Laudisio several times and the food is amazing! They have these mini gluten-free bread sticks that are so good. They also have a polenta dish that is great! Wonderful suggestion!
