Livefreeda – A Unique Approach to the Gluten-Free Diet

I have long been a fan of the Glutenfreeda website and products, so when I heard about Livefreeda, I was excited to learn more about it.

Livefreeda is a meal plan designed to help eliminate the worry of eating gluten-free. Do you stress over reading labels? Do you have a child that is away at school that struggles to find gluten-free food? Then this may be just the solution you need! Livefreeda is a 28-day meal plan that includes foods that are 100% gluten-free. They have taken the work out of scouring labels and have done it for you! Some more details about the plan:

  • 100% gluten-free! – your safety is our #1 concern!
  • Taste tested – the absolute best tasting gluten-free products available!
  • 28 days of gluten-free food: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks & dessert
  • Convenient 24/7 online ordering – delivered right to your door step!
  • You receive approximately 50 gluten-free items!
  • Free Shipping!
  • We Take Your Health Concerns Very Seriously
    It’s All About YOU!

The Livefreeda program is approved and endorsed by Shelley Case, a registered dietitian and leading international nutrition expert on celiac disease and the gluten-free diet. Livefreeda meal plans are 100% gluten-free, nutritious and delicious…and all delivered right to your door.

The gluten-free foods on the plan are all ones that are tried & true favorites. Some of those brands include:

  • Udi’s

  • Glutenfreeda
  • Van’s
  • Kind
  • Conte’s Pasta
  • Kettle Cuisine
  • Pamela’s
  • Amy’s
  • Organic Bistro
  • Kinnikinnick
  • Lundberg
  • Foods by George
  • Applegate Farms
  • Pirate’s Booty
  • Glutino
  • Nature’s Path
  • Crunchmaster
  • Cesar’s
  • Henry & Lisa’s
  • This plan is not cheap, but neither is buying gluten-free foods in any store. The cost for 28 days of food is $399.99 (Roughly $13/day). There is a discount making it $379.00 if you sign up for the subscription service. While this plan is not for everyone, it would be ideal for those just starting out on the diet. Struggling with reading labels in the grocery store for hours is not fun. Ordering a plan like Livefreeda’s is much easier and can give the newly diagnosed patient time to figure out what they need to know about eating safely. Another bonus? Not wasting money on gluten-free foods that just don’t taste good. I don’t know about you, but I have wasted a bunch of money on horrible tasting gluten-free foods. That is part of the reason I started blogging, to share what foods were really worth the money & which ones weren’t.

In addition to the meal delivery, there is also a meal planner on the site. The planner has breakfast, lunch, and dinner planned out for 28 days, making meal planning as easy as it gets. If you care to include the extras that Livefreeda has suggested on the planner, there is a supplemental grocery list that can be printed out and taken to the store.

    1. This is such a great program for those that have the budget for it. I agree you can throw a lot of awful food out so this is a great way to find good products without all the waste. People could even order for the month and not eat everything they get that month, to save on overall costs. The program offers some exceptional products that I wish I’d know about (or had been available) when I was dx’d.

did you say the plan wasn’t cheap…….thats so funny…..everyone that has jumped on the “gluten free” diet frenzy is cleaning up big time on all their G.F. products, and this is just another overpriced enterprise…….
