New Edition of Popular Gluten-free Cookbook Now Available

Connie Sarros is a gluten-free cookbook author and speaker who also writes a helpful FREE Gluten-Free Newsletter for the gluten-free set. Connie’s Gluten-Free Premium Newsletter is full of so much helpful information, that it’s really like a mini booklet. Connie’s books can be purchased on Connie’s website and at Amazon.com. Her books are even sold in many countries outside the U.S.

For those of you who of know Danna Korn, Connie was the person Danna turned to for help writing Gluten-Free Cooking for Dummies. Books in that famous “yellow and black” series are known to be authored by people who know their stuff. Therefore, it’s no surprise that when Danna needed a bonafide cookbook author with tried and trusted gluten-free recipes, she turned to Connie Sarros. In case you missed my review of their incredible book, you can read it here.

Connie’s latest book, Wheat-free, Gluten-free Cookbook for Kids and Busy Adults, was recently released. Actually, it’s an old favorite book that was revamped so that ALL recipes can now be made both gluten and dairy free. There are additional recipes in the new book so if you have the previous edition, you might want to check out the new one too!

Connie revised this popular book because many people with celiac or gluten intolerance, and some in the autistic community, cannot tolerate lactose and/or casein. This newly revised book is perfect for them. Brand names of alternative ingredients are listed so it’s easy to make every single recipe without gluten or dairy!

From Special GF Newsletter:

The kid-friendly meals are suitable for grown-ups too and run the gamut from simple treats to hearty dishes. Some of the options included are Polka-Dot Rice, Glazed Yams, Cinnamon Rice Meatballs, Bake Chicken Stew, Mississippi Mud Cake, Beefy Bean and Tater Casserole, Strawberry Spinach Salad, Breakfast in A Mug, Finger-Lickin’ Great Chicken Nuggets, Spaghetti Pie, No-Cook Applesauce, Chocolate Chip Pie and Dessert Pizza.

Rave reviews from those in the know:

“Connie Sarros’s new edition is such a welcome resource.  Not only are her recipes quick and simple to prepare, but they also call for wholesome ingredients that pack an extra nutritional punch, and they’re consistently delicious.  Bravo to Connie for yet another exceptional gluten-free cookbook!” – Danna Korn, founder of R.O.C.K. (Raising Our Celiac Kids) and author of Living Gluten-Free for Dummies, Kids with Celiac Disease, Wheat-Free Worry-Free, and co-author of Gluten-Free Cooking for Dummies

The  forward for Connie’s latest book was written by Dr. Alessio Fasano from the University of Maryland Center for Celiac Research. I’m all for making gluten-free cooking easier rather than difficult and luckily for us all, Connie did a LOT of work to make that possible!
