Following the gluten-free diet is a learning process. Some ingredients are cut and dry…gluten-free or not gluten-free. Others aren’t so simple. Things are getting easier now with better labeling practices from large manufacturers and label laws, but we still have a long way to go. To add to the confusion, there are many myths circling around about some of these ingredients.

Many may be surprised to find new items on their shopping lists after learning how to better understand ingredients labels.
