I have received several emails over the past few days that P.F. Chang’s recently added a couple of new dishes to their menu. Honestly I didn’t think twice about them being gluten-free, I just assumed they weren’t. Then I took some time to investigate a little further and found that the new dishes are indeed listed on the gluten-free menu. How exciting!
Now that I glance back at my email I see that the bottom says “Also Available Gluten-Free”! P.F. Chang’s has always been one restaurant that I have been able to depend on for a tried and true great gluten-free meal. The two new additions to the menu are:
Shaking Beef – A traditional favorite with sliced beef, broccolini and potatoes tossed together and served over a cool salad with lime vinaigrette.
Thai Basil Sambal Noodles – Rice noodles, fresh vegetables and Thai basil tossed in a spicy coconut sambal sauce.
They both sound delicious to me! Every time I go to P.F. Chang’s I get stuck in a rut and order the Singapore Street Noodles. Don’t get me wrong, they are very good, but with all of the amazing dishes on the gluten-free menu, I really need to branch out. Don’t forget to save room for the infamous Flourless Chocolate Dome dessert – Decadent, rich chocolate cake served with fresh berries and raspberry sauce. I highly suggest sharing an entrée or taking half of your meal home for lunch the next day so you have room. It is worth the splurge!
