P.F. Chang’s debuted some exciting, new gluten-free menu items this summer. These menu items helped guide me to try something other than my standard favorite, the Singapore Street Noodles. I have always loved the extensive gluten-free menu that P.F. Chang’s offers, especially the Signature Lettuce Wraps.
The gluten-free dishes are served on special plates so staff and guests know the difference. We ordered the chicken variety and thoroughly every bite! They helped hold us over until our entrees showed up.
I ordered the Summer Vegetable Quinoa “Fried Rice”. When it arrived, it was not on a “gluten-free” plate, so I double checked with the staff to make sure the dish was indeed gluten-free. I was assured that it was and it was on a different plate/bowl because it is a seasonal item.
This was amazing! It was filled with color and delicious summer veggies like asparagus, grape tomatoes and summer squash. Full of flavor and large enough to share.
No trip to P.F. Chang’s is complete without the infamous Flourless Chocolate Dome. Hannah and I ordered one to share and we were so distracted when it arrived that I forgot to snap a picture! It didn’t last long, that’s for sure. I will never tire of this dense, fudgy delight!
P.F. Chang’s has locations across the US, including a few new ones in Florida, Atlanta and New York! What is your favorite gluten-free dish at P.F. Chang’s? Have you tried any of the new dishes? I would love to try the Shaking Beef and Shrimp with Lobster Sauce on my next visit.
Edited to add: P.F. Chang’s and Pei Wei Asian Diner take gluten-free preparations very seriously and do use separate utensils and woks when cooking to avoid cross-contamination. In addition, special precautions are taken on the line to ensure that all dishes follow gluten-free guidelines.
*I was given a gift card to sample some of the gluten-free menu items at P.F. Chang’s. The thoughts and opinions shared here are mine and have not been influenced by anyone or anything.
