Pillsbury Debuts New Gluten-Free Products

It has been a couple of years since Pillsbury added gluten-free products to their refrigerated dough line-up. Those products are widely available in grocery stores across the US, making it easier for those following the gluten-free diet. When time is short, or you are a beginner baker, it is nice to have such options available. Now Pillsbury is debuting several new gluten-free products, but these products won’t be found in the refrigerated aisle, they will be found in the baking aisle.

We have the Funfetti Cake Mix at our local Walmart. I tried it out yesterday for my sons birthday, and it’s gone already. By far the best white cake mix I’ve had since going gluten free. I will admit I am NOT fond of their refrigerated items, but after the cake mix, I am excited to try the rest of their mixes. (Just an FYI, it is cheaper than most of the other mixes as well)
