I have some very exciting news to share with you all this morning…Pillsbury recently introduced three varieties of gluten-free doughs:
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough – Hey, cookie fanatics! Look for our Gluten Free Cookie Dough in the refrigerated aisle, packaged in a convenient tub. Make as many cookies at a time as you want!
Pie & Pastry Dough – Calling all pie lovers! Look for our Gluten Free Pie and Pastry Dough in the refrigerated aisle, packaged in a convenient tub.
Thin Crust Pizza – It’s pizza party time! Look for our Gluten Free Thin Crust Pizza Dough in the refrigerated aisle, packaged in a convenient tub.
I started to make a list in my head of things to make and it got very long. I am especially excited to get my hands on the Pie & Pastry dough to make toaster pastry, and a vegetable pizza made with pastry dough that I haven’t had since I started the gluten-free diet! If you are having trouble coming up with ideas, make sure to check the gluten-free recipes page for inspiration. I am going to start checking my local grocery store’s refrigerated section to see if they have these new products in stock yet.
