Hi Terry - I'm sorry to hear about your experience at Pizza Fusion. Our store does understand cc issues extremely well. You mentioned that you were at your location a few years ago. I'm guessing they stepped up their training of gf service there because I've personally met the person in charge of that training. She travels the country just to see that the gluten free service techniques the company has put in place are being used correctly.

Just so you know I was at the fort lauderdale pizza fusion a few years ago and refuse to go back as they had no concept of cross contamination. I had to leave without my sons pizza because they were using the same sauce and cheese for both the regular and gf pizzas and when I tried to explain to them what they were doing wrong they were not pleasant and still didn't understand. I'm not sure I would trust the other franchises without watching them go through every step.

Ahhh, Pizza Fusion. A company that has managed to combine my favorite food (pizza) with gluten-free, and based upon the reviews it does so really well. We still don't have one of these anywhere in my state, so still waiting to give Pizza Fusion a try, but I hear great things. Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen a bad review from celiacs who have eaten there.
