Bakery on Main has been making gluten-free granola and granola bars for a while now. I received a new product from them yesterday that I had to break open almost immediately – Soft & Chewy Granola Bars.

The new bars come in 3 different varieties – Peanut Butter & Jelly, Apple Cinnamon and Chocolate Almond. I couldn’t decide which bar to eat first. Chocolate definitely won out and I was in heaven. These granola bars are amazing! They remind me of the Nature Valley Chewy Granola bars, but better!!! There were tons of chocolate chips and they really complimented the oats well. The other bars are just as tasty, as a matter of fact, I can’t choose a favorite! The Apple Cinnamon is just as they say, like an apple pie to-go! The PB & J really does remind me of the real thing! What a treat!
