Jon and I love pizza. Friday night in our house is usually “Make Your Own Pizza” night, but with a crazy busy night, I decided to toss a frozen pizza into the oven instead. Better 4U Foods has a line of gluten-free pizzas with 5 different varieties.

- Roasted Vegetable Pizza – Dairy-Free
We received samples of the Four Cheese, Pepperoni and Roasted Vegetable Pizzas to try. The pizzas are really easy to bake – simply preheat to oven to 395 degrees and cook for 18-20 minutes or until done.
I didn’t get any pictures of the pepperoni pizza after it was done baking because it disappeared too fast. I did manage to snap some pictures of the four cheese pizza, though.
The crust was fairly thick by gluten-free standards and flavorful; the sauce was plentiful and the cheese was just the perfect amount! I thoroughly enjoyed this pizza, as did Jon and Hannah. I can’t wait to enjoy the Roasted Vegetable later this weekend! The serving size is 1/4 pizza (2 slices). I was able to eat 2 servings or 4 slices. These pizzas are some of the bigger frozen gluten-free pizzas we have seen on the market.
