Review: Chick-fil-A Grilled Nuggets

Chick-fil-A has long been a go-to spot for gluten-free fries, but other than salads, fruit or shakes, there weren’t any real meal options. It was just recently that they added Grilled Nuggets to their menu, so when we stopped for our annual second breakfast during Black Friday shopping, I was excited to give them a try.

I was very impressed with both the texture and flavor of the Grilled Nuggets. They pair perfectly with the Chick-fil-A Waffle Fries and Diet Coke. I love that there is another reasonable option out there for those of us who have to follow the gluten-free diet. Chick-fil-A has locations across the U.S.

Have you tried the new Chick-fil-A Grilled Nuggets? What did you think?

I have been eating at Chick-fii-a over a year. Their chick nuggets are great and they also have other items that are glute free ,chicken salad and yogurt with topping. They are always very accommodating with every order… Great place to go.

I am sorry to say that my son and I are quite diappointed with the new recipe. We were able to eat at Chick-fil-a until this change. The new nuggets have not proven to be a safe opiton for he and I, who are exclusively gluten free due to celiac disease. I truly hope they bring back an option for “plain” grilled nuggets, which caused no GI issues for either of us. We did request this at a few locations, but they were unable to satisfy our requests. Chick-fil-a is off our “safe” list for now.:(

LOVE the new Chick-Fil-A nuggets. We didn’t know we were getting a new recipe and thought there had been a mistake and we called a manager over to ask if they were certified gluten-free. His reply confirmed that the company specifically developed the new recipe to enhance the flavor for the gluten free (Celiac) diet. My daughter is Type 1 Diabetic and had the biopsy for Celiac and has zero issues with Chick-Fil-A grilled GF items.
