A few weeks back I sampled one of my new favorite products from Cucina-Antica, a Tuscany Pumpkin Sauce. It is the perfect fall treat for those cool, crisp days! Today I am going to talk about their wonderful variety of salad dressings. In my house, a nice, cold salad always goes right along with my warm bowl of pasta.
Cucina-Antica has five different organic salad dressings in their line-up – all with no added sugar and gluten-free!
I loved the Low fat Italiano on my salad of mixed greens and fresh vegetables! It was just the right amount of flavor and spices without being overpowering. The sauces and oils are also gluten-free, but the pasta is not. Cucina-Antica has this statement regarding their gluten-free status on their FAQ page:
Are your sauces gluten free?
Yes, they are certified gluten free. Please note that our production facility also produces products with nuts, wheat, rye, barley and oats, however our equipment is thoroughly sanitized to avoid cross-contamination.
