Review: Enjoy Life Blueberry Muffin Mix

I have been a long-time fan of Enjoy Life Foods products, so when I heard they were debuting baking mixes, I was thrilled! There are five different mixes, and while it was hard to decide which one to try first, I settled on the blueberry muffins.

One of my favorite things about these mixes is they only require the addition of water and oil. Simply mix and then pop into the oven. More about the new mixes:

The Baking Mixes are also free from the top eight food allergens, identified as wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish and shellfish, and are Certified Gluten-Free, Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher and Halal Certified.

Jon and I both fell in love with these muffins! They were moist, flavorful and tasted like they had come from a gourmet bakery. The box said the mix made 9 muffins, but we ended up with 12 muffins. Enjoy Life Foods mixes can be found in grocery and health food stores across the US and online
