Enjoy Life has released their very first salty snack: Plentils! What a unique name, right? Plentils are crunchy lentil chips that are available in four different flavors – Light sea salt, dill & sour cream, garlic & parmesan, margherita pizza. I received one of each flavor to sample and review.
Lucky for me these came right before lunch time, so I was able to break into them and enjoy with my turkey and cheese sandwich. Plentils are made from high protein lentils and have 40% less fat than the leading potato chip.

I enjoyed the light sea salt Plentils with my sandwich and then opened the other bags to sample with Aaron. We worked our way through all four varieties and ended up agreeing on which was our favorite: Margherita pizza! The garlic & parmesan were next in line and then the light sea salt & dill & sour cream. The last two had a nice crisp, but lacked the flavor that the first two had.
As always, Enjoy Life products are made in a dedicated gluten and nut-free facility, certified gluten-free by the GFCO and are free of the top 8 allergens. Most are also free of:
- Potatoes
- Sesame
- Sulfites
- Casein
