Review: Garden Lites Veggie Muffins

It was just a couple of months ago that I shared the information that Garden Lites Veggie Muffins were now available nationwide. Shortly after I wrote that post, I received some of the products to sample.

While we enjoyed all of the varieties, we fell in love with the Golden Corn, Carrot Berry and Zucchini Chocolate Veggie Muffins. I was concerned about the oats in the Veggie Blueberry Oat Muffins at first, but the oats are certified gluten-free. The products are produced on a dedicated gluten-free line and are routinely tested to score less than 10ppm gluten.

Garden Lites Veggie Muffins can be found in the frozen food section of stores nationwide, including Target, Publix, Foodtown, Wegmans, Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, Costco, Fresh Market, Martindales, and more! A box of 4 muffins has a suggested retail price of $3.99. A coupon for $1.00 off can be printed here. In addition to the Veggie Muffins, Garden Lites also offers Souffles and Dishes (veggie pasta), all of which are gluten-free.

*The products reviewed in this post were sent to me free of charge for review purposes. The thoughts and opinions shared here are mine and have not been influenced by anyone or anything.
