Review: Glutino Bagel Chips

I used to love bagel chips before I went on the gluten-free diet.  Bagels and bagel chips were two of my favorites.  I finally got a chance to try the new Glutino Original Bagel Chips the other day and to say that I loved them might be an understatement!

The original variety of the bagel chips are perfectly seasoned, crispy and leave you wanting more.  The ingredients:

INGREDIENTS: Bagel (tapioca starch, corn starch, potato starch, egg whites, cane sugar, canola oil, dried egg whites {egg whites, yeast, citric acid}, salt, guar gum, glucono-delta-lactone, yeast, pectin, sodium bicarbonate, sodium alginate, modified cellulose), vegetable oil (contains one or more of the following: sunflower oil, high oleic canola oil), salt.

The chips are free of dairy in addition to gluten.  The only negative I can find about these chips is that they don’t come in a bigger box!  The box says there is approximately 6 servings (1 oz. each) inside.  Well, I guess that depends on if you decide to share or not.  I may have forgotten my manners once I dug into these.  Good thing I am training for a couple of half marathons right now!  These chips would be great for making Chex Mix along with some Glutino yogurt or chocolate covered pretzels!
