Review: Hilary’s Eat Well Veggie Burger

I love a good veggie burger!  I had never heard of Hilary’s Eat Well Veggie Burgers until I was contacted by the company.  I looked into the burger to ensure they were gluten-free and not only are they gluten-free, but they are also free of:

  • GMO
  • Dairy
  • Soy
  • Corn
  • Yeast
  • Eggs
  • Nut

I found the Veggie Burger at my local Earth Fare store in the freezer section.  They are sold in packages of 2 burgers for $3.49.

I decided that a burger sounded great for dinner, so I began to plan the rest of my meal around that.  I followed the directions on the package for heating the burger up in the oven.  The total time to prepare the burger was approximately 10 minutes.  Microwave preparation is not recommended, though a toaster or toaster oven may be used instead.

I instantly fell in love with this burger!  I can’t even begin to explain the wonderful combination of flavors in each and every bite.  Baking it in the oven added a crispness to the outside, almost like it had been pan-fried.  In addition to tasting great, the burger is a pretty decent size, dwarfing the Udi’s Gluten Free bun that I sandwiched it on.  I will absolutely be purchasing these again!

Hilary’s Eat Well Veggie Burgers can be found in many local health food stores across the US and at The Gluten Free Mall.
