Review: Immaculate Baking GF Fudge Brownie Cookies

There is nothing better than the smell of freshly baked cookies on a chilly day. Even though we have been seeing some glimpses of spring here in Columbus, we still have some pretty chilly days. So, when I spotted some gluten-free cookie dough from Immaculate Baking at the grocery store last week, and it was on sale, I picked up a package.

Immaculate Baking has a line of gluten-free cookie dough that includes three different varieties of cookies. The dough is already formed into cookies, so the only thing required of the “baker” is to pre-heat the oven and place the cookies on a pan.

  • Gluten-Free Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough
  • Gluten-Free Fudge Brownie Cookie Dough
  • Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

I picked up the Gluten-Free Fudge Brownie variety because you can never have too much chocolate, right?

Jon baked these when I was at work the other day, so the house smelled of freshly baked cookies when I got home, just the way I like it! The cookies were crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. Perfect! Jon was afraid that he had undercooked them, but I assured him that if he had left them in any longer, they would have been overcooked.

Immaculate Baking also has a line of gluten-free baking mixes. Look for Immaculate Baking products in grocery stores across the US and online. Have you tried any of the Immaculate Baking GF cookie doughs? What did you think?
