There is nothing better than the smell of freshly baked cookies on a chilly day. Even though we have been seeing some glimpses of spring here in Columbus, we still have some pretty chilly days. So, when I spotted some gluten-free cookie dough from Immaculate Baking at the grocery store last week, and it was on sale, I picked up a package.
Immaculate Baking has a line of gluten-free cookie dough that includes three different varieties of cookies. The dough is already formed into cookies, so the only thing required of the “baker” is to pre-heat the oven and place the cookies on a pan.

Jon baked these when I was at work the other day, so the house smelled of freshly baked cookies when I got home, just the way I like it! The cookies were crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. Perfect! Jon was afraid that he had undercooked them, but I assured him that if he had left them in any longer, they would have been overcooked.
