Recently, I was sent samples of Lucy’s Maple Bliss gluten-free cookies in celebration of Maple Syrup Month. Maple Syrup Month was March, and they arrived on my doorstep just a day too late, but that doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy them just the same. I have been a fan of Lucy’s cookies since I discovered them shortly after being diagnosed with celiac, so I was thrilled to try the Maple Bliss flavor. Fellow celiac-disease.com writer, Kim, wrote about these cookies last year during Maple Syrup month.
I decided to give these a try with my my nightly tea, and let me tell you, it was hard to eat just one. Like, Kim, I really enjoyed these. They are light, airy and crispy. With my first bite, they had a really familiar flavor to them, and then I figured it out….it reminded me of the taste of Golden Grahams cereal I would eat when I was younger.
Lucy’s cookies are made in a dedicated facility, and are also certified vegan and kosher pareve. Lucy’s cookies are also free of dairy, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.
