Review: Pistachio Chewy Bites

I am all about portable snacks.  If the snack can fit in my purse and doesn’t need to be kept cold, even better.  I have just recently learned of Setton Farms Pistachio Chewy Bites and was excited to sample them.

With three main ingredients, Pistachio Chewy Bites provide healthy snack lovers the amazing benefits of pistachios, cranberries and agave nectar in a delicious and nutritious bite-size bar.  Pistachio Chewy Bites are heart-healthy, 100% all natural, gluten and dairy free, low in sodium, GMO free, vegan and a great on-the-go protein snack.  They also have no cholesterol, zero trans-fat and are a good source of dietary fiber.

Ingredients: Roasted unsalted pistachios, cranberries (sugar, sunflower oil), agave syrup, brown rice syrup, sunflower oil, cranberry flavor & sea salt.

These snacks held up well to the battering they took in my purse from my phone, iPad, etc.  Each snack is chock full of pistachios and cranberries, making each bite a flavor delight.  The serving size is 2 bites and each serving contains 210 calories, 12 grams of fat, 3 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein.
