It was just a few weeks ago when I shared my thoughts on the new, re-vamped Rudi’s Gluten-Free bread. I have tried the bread in a few different ways since that post and found that it worked great at room temperature with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! I just received an email earlier notifying me that Rudi’s Gluten-Free is running a pretty cool contest with the grand prize being $1,000!
