Rudi’s Introduces Gluten-Free Flour Tortillas

Rudi’s Gluten-Free is introducing a new line of flour tortillas.  The new tortillas will come in three different varieties:

    • Plain – Soft and pliable so they’re perfect for building a simple quesadilla or a loaded chicken burrito.
    • Fiesta – Spice up your favorite Mexican meal with these tasty tortillas made with red bell pepper, jalapeno, onion and garlic flavors.
    • Spinach – These delicious tortillas are made with gluten-free ingredients moms can feel good about. Their soft and pliable texture make them the perfect wrap for a variety of ingredients, from a chicken Caesar wrap to a morning egg and cheese delight.

I can’t tell you how excited I am about this!  After the recent warnings about the Food for Life tortillas, it will be nice to have an option that is certified gluten-free by the GFCO.   It  has been so long since I have had a spinach flavored tortilla – I can’t wait!  More from Rudi’s Gluten-Free:
