Sam Mills Adds Pretzels & Chips to Gluten-Free Product Line

Gluten-free product lines across the board are growing in size. It is awesome to have so many gluten-free choices and by having multiple options, the prices have come down over the years. Sam Mills became the leader in the corn milling market after starting as a Romanian profile company over 20 years ago.  The product line has expanded over the years, including a wide range of gluten-free products that are distributed in over 50 countries.

Some of the new products to join the gluten-free line-up include:

  • Pretzel Twists
  • Pretzel Sticks
  • Tortilla Nacho Cheese Chips
  • Tortilla Salted Chips
  • Tortilla Chili Chips

Sam Mills products can found in stores across the US and world or ordered online. They frequently test their products for gluten, using the ELISA method, with a precision of 3ppm.

I shop at 3-4 different mainstream grocery stores in the Columbus area, with Meijer being the one I frequent the most. I have spotted Sam Mills products in all of those stores, some carrying more variety than others. I noticed last week that Walmart is carrying a wide variety, including these quick meal solutions in the freezer section for under $4.00/each.

While not everyone is a fan of frozen or processed foods, each individual must make choices that work for them. It is nice to have choices available should we want or need them in a pinch. I can remember when I first started the gluten-free diet in 2006 having very few options like this available.

Have you tried any of the Sam Mills product line? What about the new gluten-free snacks?
