Surf Sweets–Organic Gluten-Free Candy for Valentine’s Day

Surf Sweets makes some of the best gluten-free, allergy friendly organic candy that I have tried.  They make candy in all sorts of shapes & sizes, with the newest being red hearts for Valentine’s Day.

The red, fruity hearts are watermelon and cherry in flavor.  They are made with organic fruit juice, natural colors and flavors.  In addition to being gluten-free, they are also casein-free, HFCS-free and GMO-free.  For those with nut allergies, these products are made in a nut-free facility.  Thank goodness someone took these away from me because I was well on the way to finishing the bag all by myself.  These hearts were definitely the way to my heart!

Ingredients: Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Organic Tapioca Syrup, Organic Grape Juice Concentrate, Pectin, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Color Added (Black Carrot Juice Concentrate), Natural Flavors.

The new hearts, which will only be available for a limited period of time, can be found in Whole Foods stores across the US, along with some other natural foods stores.  Some of the other candies that Surf Sweets offers are:

  • Gummy worms
  • Gummy swirls
  • Gummy bears
  • Fruity bears
  • Jelly beans
  • Sour worms
  • Sour berry bears

I love how Surf Sweets caters to kids.  There is nothing like having to tell your child that they can’t have this food or that food when all of their friends are having it.  With the creative & eye-catching packaging, fun shapes & fantastic taste, how could a child be disappointed with Surf Sweets?  Additionally, the multipacks make it easy to buy and share with friends at parties or in the classroom.

Do you have a favorite Surf Sweets candy?
