New in the UK: Genius Gluten-Free Bread

A new gluten-free loaf, Genius, has recently been launched in the United Kingdom.    The bread is made by United Central Bakeries, which is part of the large Finsbury Food Group. It is a 400g unsliced loaf, of brown or white bread, with quite a long shelf life and it freezes well.
