Do you remember the Seinfeld episode about muffin tops? I remember watching this the first time it aired thinking it was about time that someone else figured this out. I had always been a fan of the muffin top, but not so much a fan of the stumps. Of course after I started the gluten-free diet I was just pleased to have gluten-free muffins – stump and all! Until now. Udi’s Gluten-Free has done it again by adding two varieties of muffin tops to their already impressive line-up.

I was thrilled when I found the muffin tops last week out our brand new Earth Fare store! I would have paid full price, but Earth Fare had a $.75 off coupon for each box! Obviously I purchased one of each.
I don’t know if it was possible to love Udi’s Gluten-Free any more than I already did, but these muffin tops may have done it for me! I am in muffin top heaven! Both varieties are equally delicious, but I have to choose blueberry as my favorite. Don’t get me wrong, the chocolate is phenomenal, but I have always had a soft spot for blueberries.

These are a great snack or dessert option. Just the right amount of sweet while getting some healthy nutrients, too! Each box contain 4 individually wrapped muffin tops and is priced at $5.99. They come frozen and can be thawed on the counter at room temperature or in the microwave. I even took a bite of mine when it was frozen (I like frozen cookies and cake, so why not muffin tops?).
